Cancellations & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services at Sanaathana Sampradaya Pvt Ltd. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience. Our cancellation and refund policies comply with industry standards and applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented the following cancellation & refund policies:

Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate cancellation request, please contact our customer support team at 080-6984 2222 or WhatsApp us on 7998056789, or mail us at info@sanaathanasampradaya.com. Provide the necessary details, including your order information and the reason for the cancellation request.

1.2. Assessment: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will assess it based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.1 and a cancellation acknowledgment mail will be sent.

Refund Policy:

2.1 Cancellation of Service orders: For cancellation of Puja services or any other services which were ordered (as per the customer requirements & approval). The following refund policy will be initiated.
a) cancellation 2 days before: 50% of the Amount will be refunded.
b) cancellation 24hrs before: 25% of the Amount will be refunded.
c) cancellation on the date scheduled of puja or any consultation there will be no refund.

2.2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order number, or invoice, is required for all refund requests.

2.3. Refund Options: If your cancellation request is approved, we will offer one of the following options:
a) Refund will be initiated to original Payment Method
b) Other Payment Methods: If the original payment method used is not available for processing the refund or if it is not feasible, we will work with you to find an alternative solution. This may include providing a refund through a third-party payment service, subject to mutually agreed terms.

2.4. Refund Processing Time: The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refund will take place within 12 working days to be processed and reflect in your account.
